What a heartless soul Mr Hussein is. He is now against Amusement Parks! He also comes up with reasons against Amusement Parks.

Never mind that Baghdad has six hours of electricity per day, negligible potable water or sanitation, rampant corruption, car bombs on the ground, and occasional airstrikes on hospitals.

He doesn’t want Iraqis to have Amusement Parks so they have fun. He wants them to stay in their homes and just wallow in misery. He is a vey Evil person, I bet he goes to Parks why can’t Iraqis?
